What ClayDirectory is

ClayDirectory is an informational directory of pottery studios and ceramics classes in the United States. We aggregate publicly available data from sources including Google Places and each studio's own website, plus hand-written editorial copy.

Use it freely

You can read, link to, and share anything on this site. You can quote short passages with attribution. You can't scrape the full directory or republish it as your own.

What we don't promise

• We don't guarantee that studio names, addresses, hours, prices, or class schedules are current. Studios change frequently. Verify directly with the studio before booking or visiting.
• We don't endorse, certify, or vouch for any studio. Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation.
• We don't make any representation about the safety, quality, or legality of services offered by listed studios.

Studio listings

Studio names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and ratings are public information. Studio logos, photos, and business details belong to their respective owners. Studios can request removal or corrections at hello@claydirectory.com and we'll handle the request within 30 days.

Third-party links

Studio pages link out to studio websites, booking systems, and social media. We don't control what happens after you leave our site. Read each studio's own terms and privacy policy if you book or share information there.

Our content

The site design, editorial copy, city blurbs, pottery guides, and original photography are © ClayDirectory. You may quote short passages with attribution. Wholesale copying is not permitted.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on this site, particularly in our pottery wheel comparison guide, are affiliate links. We earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We also display ads via Google AdSense on some pages. Neither affects which studios show up first in our directory.

Liability

ClayDirectory is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the directory, including reliance on potentially out-of-date studio information. If something costs you money or causes a problem, that's between you and the studio you chose to deal with.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date at the top.
